In response to our growing clientele and expanding operations, we relocated to a larger facility in Wilmington, NC, in 2022. This solidified our presence as a major player in the printing and promotional products industry across North Carolina and the Southeastern USA.

Carlton Brown

Hello, I’m Carlton Brown, and I currently serve as the President of Island Print & Promo and Vintage Screen Printers, Inc., and lead the Carolina Beach Inlet Association. My journey into the world of printing started as a hobby. I would spend a few hours each month exploring this interest, which, over time, blossomed into something much larger. During the challenging times of COVID-19, I took the leap to expand from an online presence to opening physical storefronts, and this move has proven to be profoundly rewarding.

I have been a lifelong owner of a family farm, and my roots are deeply embedded in agriculture. This background has instilled a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community and sustainability. My role as the former Vice-Chair of the Better Business Bureau of Eastern NC further honed my skills in business management and ethics.

In my spare time, I enjoy the simplicity of life—hunting and fishing are the activities in which I find peace and rejuvenation. Volunteering with various non-profit organizations is another passion of mine. It reflects my commitment to supporting the community that has supported my ventures.

With eight years of experience in the printing and promotional products industry, I am continually looking for innovative ways to enhance our services and products. My goal is to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together in business and community service.
